Who is eligible to use the photo submission application?
New undergraduate students will be required to upload an acceptable photo for their ID card prior to the start of their first semester. Further instructions will be provided to these students when the upload process has begun.

Do I need to notify TCNJ once I upload my photo?
No, the application will automatically notify the Office of Student Accounts that the photo has been received. All communications regarding the status of your ID card will be sent to your TCNJ email account, please check your email periodically to verify the status of your ID card processing.
How will I know if my photo was accepted?
You will receive a verification email to your TCNJ email advising you if your photo was accepted or rejected.
Can I have my ID card mailed to me?
No, you are required to show an official government issued photo ID when you pick up your ID card.
What if I didn’t submit my photo online in time?
If you don’t submit your photo on time, you will have the opportunity to get a photo ID once the semester begins in our office, Student Accounts, located in Green Hall, Room 119.
Can I change my picture later?
A new photo cannot be submitted online, however a new photo can be taken in the Office of Student Accounts. There will be a replacement cost for the new ID. The replacement cost is approved by our Board of Trustees and is currently $20.
Please note, you cannot review and approve the photo taken in the office.
